Services

Two clearly separated offerings, priced and scoped differently. Whichever you need, you get the rate, the scope, and the named people in writing before work begins.

Service one

IT staffing

You need a person in a seat. We find candidates, screen them properly, and present a short list with honest notes — including the reservations.

Contract

Hourly consultants on our payroll for a defined period. We handle employment, timesheets, taxes, and compliance. You extend or end the assignment with agreed notice.

Contract-to-hire

Start on contract, convert to your payroll after an agreed period with a pre-set conversion fee — no surprise invoice when you decide to keep someone.

Direct placement

A permanent hire on your payroll from day one. One-time fee, payable on start, with a replacement guarantee if the hire does not work out inside the guarantee window.

What screening actually means here

  • A technical conversation with someone who has done the job
  • Employment history checked against stated dates
  • Right-to-work status confirmed before submission
  • Background checks where the role or client requires them
  • Rate expectations confirmed up front, not negotiated later
  • Notice period and availability verified, not assumed
  • Written submission notes, including any concerns we have
  • No résumé sent anywhere without the candidate's consent
Service two

Technology consulting

You need an outcome, not a headcount. We scope the work, put a named team on it, and deliver against a written statement of work.

Cloud & platform engineering

Migration to and modernisation on major cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, cost optimisation, and environment reliability work.

Data engineering & analytics

Pipelines, warehouse and lakehouse builds, migration off legacy ETL, data quality and governance, and reporting layers your business team can actually use.

Application development

Modernising ageing applications, building internal tools, API and systems integration, and adding automated testing to codebases that never had it.

Advisory & assessments

Short, fixed-fee engagements: architecture review, cloud cost assessment, delivery-process review, or a build-versus-buy recommendation with the reasoning written down.

Commercials

How engagements are structured

We will tell you which of these fits your situation, including when the answer is "none of them, you do not need us for this."

Time & materials
Hourly or daily rate against an agreed capacity. Best when the scope will genuinely evolve. Invoiced monthly with timesheets attached.
Fixed scope
A defined deliverable for a fixed fee, with milestones and acceptance criteria written into the statement of work.
Dedicated team
A named group working only on your roadmap for a monthly fee, with an agreed minimum term and notice period.
Placement fee
A one-time percentage of first-year base salary for direct hires, payable on start date, with a replacement guarantee.
Payrolling
A reduced markup when you have already sourced the person and need an employer of record to carry them.

Specific rates depend on skill set, location, and duration — we quote them in writing before any work starts, and we do not change them mid-engagement without a signed change order.

For candidates

If you are the one looking for work

Recruiting has a trust problem and we know why. These are commitments, not marketing lines — hold us to them.

  • We never charge you a fee, at any stage, for any reason
  • Your résumé is not submitted anywhere without your explicit consent
  • You are told the client name and the rate before you interview
  • We will not ask you for bank details, SSN, or ID documents over email
  • You get a yes or a no — we do not leave you guessing
Common questions

Before you get in touch

How quickly can you present candidates?

For common skill sets, typically within several business days of a confirmed role brief. For genuinely scarce skills it takes longer, and we will give you a realistic date at intake rather than an optimistic one.

Do you work through our VMS or MSP?

Yes. We are happy to work inside your existing vendor management system and contract templates, and to complete your standard supplier onboarding.

What documentation can you provide for vendor onboarding?

W-9, certificate of insurance, our standard MSA, and our state registration record. Anything else your procurement team needs, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we have it.

Do you place candidates outside the United States?

Our placements are US-based. Tell us where the role sits and we will confirm whether we can support it before you invest time in the conversation.

What happens if a placement does not work out?

Direct placements carry a replacement guarantee — if the hire leaves or is let go inside the guarantee window, we replace them at no additional fee. The exact window is stated in your agreement.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the situation and we will tell you whether it is a staffing problem, a consulting problem, or something you should not outsource at all.
