Our name
What "LAABH 365" means
Laabh means gain or benefit. 365 is the commitment that it is not a one-off — the value should still be there long after the engagement ends and the invoice is paid.
That is the standard we hold ourselves to. A placement that lasts. A system your team can still maintain once we are gone. Advice that is right even when it costs us the follow-on work.
Why we exist
The gap we set out to close
Technology hiring is full of firms that blast out keyword-matched résumés, misrepresent candidates, and disappear once the invoice clears. Everyone in the industry knows it, and it has made buyers and candidates equally guarded.
We built LAABH 365 to be the boring alternative: fewer submissions, better ones, honest notes, and a company you can look up on a public register before you reply to a single email.
How we operate
Four things we do not compromise on.
Represent people accurately
Résumés go out as written. Where a candidate is a stretch for a requirement, we say so in the submission rather than hoping you do not notice.
Stay checkable
Registration, address, leadership, and insurance are published or available on request. Nothing about us should require a leap of faith.
Protect the candidate
No fees, no résumé sent without consent, no pressure tactics. The person on the other side of the table is not inventory.

Open public/assets/js/company.js and add entries to the
team array — name, role, a short factual bio, and a
LinkedIn URL. For a staffing firm this is the highest-impact section on
the entire site: buyers and candidates both want to see who they are
actually dealing with. This notice disappears once you add someone.
